6XC vs. 6mm Creedmoor

I know guys with 10+ reloadings on 6CM brass. They're also at nearly 4K rounds on their barrel.

Is that w/o annealing? 4K, Could I get that much using my beloved RL17, or would it be somewhat less?

Nope, original chambers. Also, as far as I know the brass has been annealed but can't state it as fact.
