Where can I find a Jewell HVRTS-A, in stock?

Still looking. Bruno's doesn't have the HVRTSBR-A in stock and i need to use a credit card, so GreatScottShooters is out.

I will keep an eye on Bruno's, though. I may have to stick a Timney or Rifle Basix in there for the time being.

Thanks.

I should have mentioned I need to use the Amex. This lash-up has tapped me out pretty good, lol! ATACR (mil/mil), NF RINGS and BASE, Krieger 5R, action work, APA brake, Manners Stock, Surgeon bottom metal, AICS mags, and 180 rounds to break her in. (none of which I want to waste on this P.O.S. X-mark Pro trigger)

My lunch money is GONE for awhile. Thanks for the replies.

They take credit cards, they just prefer checks. I STRONGLY recommend giving Larry Scott the opportunity to serve you. I just placed an online order, with my credit card, last night at almost 10 pm his time, and got a personal email from him thanking me and informing me he'll shop the trigger out Tuesday.

I would happily give him the business if I could use the Amex this time. I understand Amex charges high fees, so I don't fault him. Still looking for a RH safety, bolt-release, 1.5-3 Lb model. :)

Yeah, just read that. Sorry!
Are you insistent on a top safety? I think the bottom safety is easier to get to quickly and should be doable on your stock.
Another thing to consider as an option is no bolt release and have your Smith mod your receiver for a side bolt release. It's nicer, and then you won't need the bolt release option.
Another option is to Paypal the funds with your amex (i believe that's possible) to someone you know and have them order it for you.
I know what is like to be tapped out and that sometimes you have to get creative on fundage, lol!

Here's the hoopty now, awaiting a trigger:

I guess I would be open to a bottom safety. This is my first bolt gun, so I do kind of like the idea having controls in traditional locations, at least the first time, but I'm not married to it.

You're all set! Nevermind the email title. that's mine. Yours is the jt-04 and should ship today.

Glad I opened this thread. I've been needing to get a HVRTS-A. I went ahead and ordered one now, along with one of his shooting stools. I've noticed both rifles sit too high when trying to use the Atlas bipod and buttstock monopod combo. That stool will be perfect!

Edit to add: Larry has already emailed me personally and let me know the trigger will ship tomorrow.

Bodywerks, thanks again for helping a brother out. Larry called to explain the bolt release issue. Just a top safety, with no bolt release is going to work just fine. This being my first bolt gun, I had no clue how simple the bolt is to remove w/o the convenience of the dedicated release. Trigger should be here Friday, and tomorrow the lug and pillars get bedded. I will be shooting this Monday, after all. Shazam!
