Bell/Carlson,Tactical medalist...Any Input???

I really like mine, also on a 700. It's a lot of stock for the money. It required some very minor fitting, but anyone could do it.

I love mine. It was drop-in for me.

The bnc are ok I have had one on my howa for 3 years now and its been dropped several times and underneath the epoxy top coat there were some voids big enough to put my finger in. I cant afford to put any thing else on there I won't a manners but funds won't let me

I personally didn't love the B&C's. I thought they were unduly heavy, the couple my buds have are kinda glossy, and didn't really love how squared off the fore end was. BUT all that is just personal preference type stuff. fully adjustable + aluminum block = win. and lots of other folks like them.

consider taking a look at McMillan and hsprecision.

i really like mine. it IS heavy, but thats what i wanted. its rock solid, feels great, and has yet to let me down. I would recommend one.

no it is not as nice as a mcmillan, but its half the price. my action did need to be bedded in it.

Had one on my 700, had to do some sanding for the barrel to fit so it was truely free floating. But there website even say's its not for the thicker barrel i was using so noting to be mad at them for about the sanding. My rubber butt pad at the bottom had a little tear from the factory and I could of replaced but after sanding down the stock and glass bedding I was not about to go through all of that again and send it back for a piece of rubber. Never bothered me, but as stated before fully adjustable, full aluminum block, is a win. I was going to get a manner's while I was deployed and let's just say there military discount (if you can even call it that) was an insult to me. But thats a different story. If anyone is considering manner's and would like to know the story pm me but Im not going to thread jack.

Overall you will be extremely happy with your B&C. Got mine in tan with black spider webbing and it looks sick. No reason to spend more money on another type of stock just for a bigger name brand. Unless your jumping this rifle into a tactical environment you dont need a folding stock. Cant stand the tac-tards out there lol. By what your rifle will be used for. Not something that looks cool.
