My GAP m40 is on the way. This is my first personal bolt action and we don't use bore guides in the corps so I don't know what brand to get. Which is your favorite and why?

Lucas Bore guide I have them for my 17 HMR to 338LM and I use nothing else now.

Lucas comes highly recommended here but can be hard to get at times. I use a opossum hollow and am more than happy with it.
Thank you for the input gents. I purchased a proshot on a whim yesterday when i was scouting out ranges since i just pcs'd. Im going to order the lucas as well. Only the best for my 40. Now if only i could find a surefire can in stock! Ive just about given up on finding a sb with the correct turrets and rericle.
about a few weeks ago at a local gunshop here in ct ( K-5 arms exchange, milford ct 203-876-9981) they had a sure fire 7.62 can in the store new. if you give them a call and they still have it, maybe they could do a transfer.
