My new Ruger 7717 had a trigger that felt like I was pulling a cork from a wine bottle! A new sear from Volquartsen installed in 20 minutes took a 61/2 lb. pull to 23/4 lb. Wow! What a difference ! Looking forward to a trip to the range tomorrow! I am betting groups will shrink. What say you?

Groups will shrink! I put a Jard 1.5# in my 77/22 and it was a world of difference. A little slice of heaven with excellent service included from Dean at Jard.
I stoned the sear myself and it breaks at a little over 2 lbs.....best trigger I've ever had on that gun.
