Looks like it's gone All-Pro, damn few civilians except sponsors..... I was, for some reason, thinking they'd go off prior attendance and placement.
Oh well, fun while it lasted.

Im not sure why they even post it to include sign ups! They already know who they want to shoot and if you are not giving them something or LE no need to apply.

Actually our website had an update on the front page for about a year saying that we are one of the few events that cater to Mil/LE snipers (changed for 2013 event) and to email us a brief letter of interest if you want to be considered for the event. This is why we did not post anything about the event on any "open" forums. As a newer business we may decide at a later date to run another event for the civilian shooters but our origional goal has always been to do something special for those who actually "answer the call". Admittedly there will be a few civilians as well as a handful of industry sponsors to round out the playing field but they have all expressed their interest in attending our event over the last year. You can't please everyone. Steve

That wasn't a complaint, except in that I was hoping to shoot again this year. I was too sick to make the 2010 shoot and dropped out shortly before, and you were nice enough to roll my entry to 2011. I had a great time, did ok (won one stage, 27th I think overall) and enjoyed hanging out with Chuck and Ed. Hadn't seen Chuck for a while.
Hope 2013 is at least as good as 2011, which was great.

Limiting the calibers allowed to .223 or 7.65 Nato keeps me out........ seems like a restrictive rule considering the shift to other calibers in the tactical match shooting community.
