    What:
    Vertx Phantom LT Pant

    Size:
    True to size fit

    Cut:
Athletic cut geared for running, jumping etc over barricades, boulders and the like

    Color:
Law Enforcement Black, Khaki, Desert Tan! O.D. Green, Navy and Smoke Grey

    Waist:
    28-54"

    Inseam:
    30-36"

    Experience/ Impression:
I have been wearing Vertx pants for several years and they have quickly become my go to pant. I have worn most of the pants out there under $150 and these are by far the most comfortable and versatile pant. One feature I like is the articulated knee. Most recently I wore these for three days straight at the Kentucky Mammoth Sniper Challenge in below freezing temps. and hiking over 15 miles with pack over the weekend. Needless to say they preformed flawlessly. I have worn these at matches swimming through rivers in the middle of Georgia summers and they dry extremely quick.

Although these pants are built for active use I find myself wearing them to work more and more due to their comfort.

    Take Aways:
-These pants are equally at home in the cold Kentucky winter as they are in the summer Florida heat.
-If you need a pant for active shooting or casually wearing around town this is the Vertx Phantom LT is the ticket.

Great review, thanks for sharing. We will be adding the Vertx line in the next month or so & will be doing a Group Buy.

Quick question, have you tried their shorts as well?

I've used their pants and shorts extensively. Hands down my favorite pants and shorts.

As a note on sizing, order one size up from your normal jeans size as they are cut kinda tight. I wear a 32 jeans and have to go with a 34 Vertx.

Hey Ceylon, glad to hear you will be picking up the line. Yes, I have also been wearing the shorts and they are great too. Same high quality.

I have been wearing the VertX pants, both standard weight and light, for about two years as uniform pants. I absolutely love them. my only complaint is that the Navy Blue I wear gets dirty very easily.

Never heard of them before. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes zipper fly. I've been using Vertx for a while now and they're also my go to. They fit me better than every other brand I've tried, and I've gone through quite a few. I also like the lower profile pockets. I can wear these pants during every day use and not look like a mall ninja.

Another recommendation for the Vertx pants.
I like the fit on them, I've got thunder thighs from cycling and hockey, so it's difficult to find a pair of pants that don't constrict my legs without looking way too baggy.
The Vertx pants have a great range of motion, generous pockets, and I really like how the side pockets are designed, as I really cannot stand pants with giant pouches hanging off the sides.

I have read that their sizing is inconsistent, but my pair fits true to size.
Another gripe I have is that the "desert tan" is much more khaki than tan, I can post a picture later on to show an example.

Bumping this review, we're going to do a Group Buy for Vertx gear! Please see the thread in the Group Buy section if you're interested. Hope to be placing the order this week...
