Custom Actions: Integral rail and LR

When deciding on a custom action myself, I am thinking about the long term use of the action and my tendency to change calibers along the way. The 20MOA integral rail on some of the actions is nice, but I wonder about its applicability when, maybe, chambering for any LR caliber I can single-shot out of that action. (Maybe a 7WSM in the future). Do I need to worry about that rail or is the 20MOA good enough for anything past 1500yds? (The will probably be a NF 5.5-22 x 50 NXS)

You can always add in a mount with as much as 45 moa built into it. Then you basically have a 65 moa mount.

That'll certainly work just fine, but it conjures up this mental image for me:
