I just purchased a 1.5 stock but the LOP is about 2 inches short for me. How do I correct this? Is there spacers that add to what's on the stock or do they come with on thick spacer?

Spacers in 2 or 3 sizes, 10,20,30mm? something like that. Call Mile High in the AM and talk to them.

Yep, get the AI butt spacer kit (0744). I believe the factory chassis comes with both a 10mm and a 20mm spacer installed, and the kit adds another 10mm and a 40mm piece (or pretty much 2 inches). That gives you 80mm (just above 3 inches) total. If you need even more, I believe you can add another kit, but may just need to get your own, longer screws to keep the pieces in place. (The spacer kit already comes with two longer screws that are sufficient to add the kit's extension pieces, but may not be adequate for more.)

Also be aware that there are additional spacer kits available for chassis that have the butt spike. However, the 0744 part/product is what should fit your standard chassis. Using the same set here, and with one 10mm piece left over I'm at 15 inches exactly for LOP.
