I seem to remember a while back that there were some elevation issues with the single turn MIL/MIL 4-16 Schmidt and Bender scopes. Something about not being able to get a 100yd zero without having a certain base.

Anyone know what I am talking about or did I just dream it?

OP's question makes perfect sense. You'll need a 25-28moa base to zero that scope at 100yds and be able to take advantage of all the available elevation travel. I have two of them and use the AI 28moa base. Works perfectly.

May not be the same thing as he did not ask about taking advantage of all the available elevation travel. There should be no problem obtaining a 100 yard zero with most bases.

I most likely read the thread wrong and the object of that post/thread was about utilization of available elevation. Thanks for the clarification, much appreciated.
