A buddy of mine pulled out an old scope last night that he bought in '95. He's not really much of a gun person, but says he bought it to use on an old Springfield .30-40 Krag he's had forever too. He never used this scope and I'd never heard of or seen them before. It's a Seeadler 6 x 56mm Jagermeister. Most of the stuff I found on-line is all in German so I don't know much about them. Does anyone have info on it? What are the elevation and windage clicks supposed to be? MOA? Mil? What value/click? Anyway, I thought is was kind of neat and he wants to get rid of it. I think the tube is 1" but not positive. The glass is in good shape (no scratches) but I haven't looked through it outside yet to have an opinion on clarity.

    Thanks in advance.

Does the scope come with a bottle of Jagermeister?
You could probably fill the objective and do shots with it after you bag your first deer with it.

That objective looks like it was made from a Jagermeister bottle...
