Hey guys, it's pretty much in the title. I'm looking for a good scope with a nice zoom range for my Remington 700 LTR 308. I'm leaning towards these 2 scopes: Leupold Mark 6 3-18x44 and Bushnell Elite Tactical 3.5-21x50 for the features, zoom range, and price. I don't want to quite shell out Schmidt and Bender $, and these scopes are around my upper price limit.

Which would you pick and why? Does anyone have experience with both?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

not really, the newest Bushnell that has ZS and 10 mil turrets is running 2K.

Negative sir.....Get in touch with Mike @ CS Tactical. He will give you an awesome HIDE price on ERS that makes it way more attractive. He offers HIDE prices on the Leupolds as well, just get in touch with him either way :)

oh, nice! I just purchased the first gen DMR with the G2 reticle, ADM QD mount with integral 20 moa. Damn nice package, either way.

I have yet to look through any of the Leupy 6's and 8's, but from those I know who have looked through them, they say they are damn nice also.

I am also interested in this comparison. Leupold offers a leo/mil discount which makes the Leupold very attractive. Any feedback would be great. I have owned the HDMR and I did enjoy it.

I own both, Mk6 and ERS. The Mk6 is lighter, more compact, similar adjustment range, slimmer turrets, easier zero and zero stop function. They both track well. Also, they are essentially the same price. I prefer the Mk6.

Thanks for the great feedback we love helping the guys on the HIDE.
