You can use any long action but the bolt needs to be a magnum bolt face.
You have a couple of options. If its not already a magnum bolt, you can find a magnum bolt, since I am guessing you are doing a new build, the headspace is not an issue. You can also have the existing bolt turned to the larger diameter. There are several places that will do that for you. I have seen several magnum bolts on ebay in the past year.

And I'm not sure I fully understand the necessity of "blueprinting" or "truing" the action. Seems to me once the barrel is installed, nothing can move, so whatever ya got, you can dial your scope in for consistent accurate hit.
