My buddy needs to use my scope to test out his loads. Only problem is that his rail is 1 notch shorter than where my rings are set. Is it possible to move just the 1 ring to fit his rail or do I need to remove both rings and do a complete scope install, because of the stress it might cause moving only 1 ring? I'm trying to avoid having to re-level out my scope when I put it back on my rifle. Thanks
