I know this has been asked before, I am looking at Vortex PST 2.5-10 32mm FFP scope for my LMT MWS . Are there any other scopes in the price range that are comparable or better that I should be looking at. Looking to shoot 100 - 600m .

That scope has been getting some great reviews and I'm considering one myself for a light weight truck gun rig, but I haven't gotten my hands on one yet to say first hand. For your intended purposes that scope would do nicely for you. Hard to go wrong with Vortex PST or Razor.

Bushnell makes a 3-12X44 ffp mil/mil. I use to own one but sold it. I don't care for Bushnell's CS and wasn't totally pleased with that scope.
I have heard great things about the 2.5-10 PST. The combination of Vortex's quality, customer service, and warranty makes them the best for optics under $1,000 IMO.
In their price range, some are comparible but none are better.

Stick with your first thought. I was interested in one and got my hands on a friend's Vortex 2.5-10x32 to look at after reading about them and being very interested and ordered one from Scott at Liberty Optics that afternoon after looking at it. Excellent glass and all around excellent scope for the money. Throwing mine on my 18" POF in a Warne RAMP with a small red dot on the 45 mount.

The PSTs are great scopes in that "under $1000" price range. You won't be sorry for getting a ffp if you are shooting steel out to 1000m. I keep my 6-24 cranked down to 8-12 shooting steel out to 1000 yards where we shoot. Makes for a much wider field of view.

Another worthy mention is the Sightron SIII 3.5-10x44. If you might find yourself in low light, it will have an advantage at powers above 5x. They are excellent glass and reliable tracking, just as the new vortex sounds like is turning out to be. If low light isn't a factor at all, to me the nod goes to the vortex for being compact, FFP, zero stop, illuminated, and best warranty. Also don't over look the swfa 3-9x42 either, they are still a best buy at $599.

Just an aside. The 2-10 weaver has red and green illumination. It is FFP and the turrets lock. I had a Vortex in the 1-4x with exposed turrets. They turn easy while slinging on and off. Just a thought

I have a Leupold VX-R 3-9x50 CDS. Its a very good scope for the money. That being said, I'm thinking about replacing it with the PST FFP mentioned above.
