Rifle Scopes can you recommend a good scope ?

Depends on the bank. My bank and Donald Trump's bank are completely different things, and we have no clue what side of the spectrum you are on. "Break the bank" has no numeric value.
What do you consider not breaking the bank?
For the price you are looking at the Bushnell AR or the Nikon AR. The Bushnell feel a little nice to me.

SWFA SS 10x42mm Tactical. Next question? 
SWFA perfect, but may have difficulty with eye relief and cheek weld depending on your stock. Don't forget you'll also need a set of rings.
If you need a mount setup too, SWFA has several scope and mount bundles that save some cash:

For a super cheap option that has lots of "tactical" features and actually gets pretty good reviews, the Primary arms 4-14x is FFP and Mil/mil:
