Advanced Marksmanship rolling bipod feet!?

The rubber feet of my bipod ROLL when I load it with my forward weight before the shot... is this made to do that, it is agrivating on smoother surfaces...

I dont thank they should roll . You shoul try spikes if your on a soft surfaces .

You are putting too much into it, you are doing it wrong.

If they are rolling you are pushing, and not loading

What bipod is it? Don't think you mentioned that. Cheaper ones tend to do it more than those that cost more.

I think it is a Harris. They are supposed to roll !

Hey, thanks again for the input, I refined my shooting position and properly loaded the bipod, not pushing it, and of course, it worked!

yes they are. but not like a pushbike wheel and free spin. Just throwing out another option/solution. Seems the OP is all sorted now so all good.
