good gunsmiths?

Off hand, and in Ohio to boot, check with Steve and the fine folks at ADCO up in Sylvania (outlying area of Toledo).
They generally don't do much in the way of barrel chambering aside from opening .223 Remington and .223 Wylde chambers up to 5.56 NATO spec, but that doesn't mean they don't have the tools and can't help you out. Its worth asking.
Also in OH, and certainly one of the best, is Mark Gordon at SAC in Wellington, OH (NW of Akron/Medina IIRC).
I'd check those sources first and if you don't have any luck there...then you can concentrate on any number of highly competent smiths here on the Hide that can do that work for you.
Out of morbid curiosity, what kind of barrel and chamber are you dealing with now? Generally, unless it is some sort of hybrid/match Grendel chambering I've not heard of, or it was just cut wrong from the get-go, I haven't seen one that was too tight yet or otherwise wouldn't handle the longer, heavier pills suitable for use within the confines of your average AR mag.

The barrel I bought from J&T distributing at there booth at the last Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot. It was in a used barrel box and I was really just looking for a 5.56 barrel and found the 6.5 and a lightbulb went off in my head. So after tring to find a bolt for months I found one. I noticed after shooting it that it was extremely hard to eject a live round with the charging handle. When I looked at the round I noticed that it was scuffed near the ogive I then used my calipers and found that it is driving the bullet back into the case. I then did lots of measuring and found that it is definetly short chambered. I took it to a local gun shop and borrowed there bore scope and everything inside looks good. So Im going to try short action customs next. ADCO said that this in not a service they do. I have used them in the past for barrel stuff on my SBR and they were excellent. As far as I can narrow the manufacturer down to is ER Shaw or Wilson. I spoke with Wilson and pretty much ruled them out as the manufacturer. I still am waiting on a call back from Shaw. So that's where Im at and hope I can get this done pretty quickly so I can get back to my long range shooting.

I've got both the Grendel and the LBC reamer and could fix it for you if you'd like. Have it back to you in a week or so.
