Problems with iTrader?

I was just wondering if anyone else was having problems with iTrader? On the 15th I received new feedback and attempted to open the message in my PMs. Every time I try to open the iTrader message it locks up my internet. It has done this consistently for the past several days. I'm leaning towards a problem with iTrader itself because the new feedback is not showing up on my profile or as a new entry in the feedback portion of my profile.
If anyone else has experience something similar and figured out how to fix it, I'd appreciate your help.

I just opened your iTrader / Feedback area with no issue.

Might be a local issue, like a browser out of date or missing a plugin ?
