I am looking for a 1-piece, high grade alloy aluminum, 0 deg. 34 mm. scope mount for a Picatinny rail.
Bolt-on to base preferred.

This is for both a Browning A-bolt and HS Precision/Rem. 700 action target rifle (and in 2014 a DTA_ All in .300 Win. mag.)

Also, no gizmos like levels on it if possible. Got one on my Horus ASLI.

Sphur's price is the most I'll pay - and that's even too much, IMHO. (Damn proud of their bases, aren't they?)

As there is no reason to have it to high mounts on to the A-Bolt and you really wants as low as possible, why not go for a Near.
I would NEVER use a cantilever mount on a bolt gun when the cantilever not is a must. (Cantilever is also far higher than you want)
Nears mounts are great quality and they make some pretty low variations too.

And yes, I am damn proud of my mounts!

If a SPUHR's price is the most you will pay then why not just get a SPUHR? I have one on my AX and am looking to pick up another for my current .308 project.
