Anybody use the Atlas case? I've got an Atlas with the ADM QD mount and switch it between a couple of rifles. When its not in use I'm thinking of getting a case for it. The Atlas case is super expensive and was wondering if anybody had anything they use in place of it it for storing their bipod.

I keep mine in the pocket of my rifle case. Not really sure why a case is needed, unless you have all the extensions and stuff and want to keep them together. You could always get the Eberlestock 2l case, it is tough easy open, molle straps on back, and can fit the bipod and some more stuff, i/e earplugs, ammo, skittles. big enough for the bipod and stuff, but not man purse size. or is it a satchel. Eberlestock: 2 Liter Accessory Pouch

It is only $20 retail

That's a pretty good idea right there. I just like putting it in something so it doesn't get my safe shelves greasy or dirty if its been in the mud. Atlas's is like $80 bucks.

My Atlas cases were not $80 a piece...think I paid under $50 a piece from midwayusa and with a coupon you can probably get them for $40.I have a couple cases and I use them mainly to keep all the different attachments together and they are attached to my drag bags.

Bought a small pouch from Tactical Tailor on sale for $16. Works fine.

Don't mind getting bent over for the bipod as it actually IS worth the high price....but I'll pass on the fifty dollar pouch.

The $50 for the pouch isnt bad. Some places it's $80. I actually had a spare mag pouch that I took off a drag bag so that's gonna do fine for now. I don't have any accessories at the moment so I'm in good shape.

To the OP, thank you for considering our Atlas pouch for your bipod. It is made in America of the best materials for the job asked. It has the leg extension pouch and bipod retention strap inside with Mollie on the back and a pocket up front. We started offering them due to requests from end users and they have been supplied in a kit form to fulfill contractual requirements. Are they worth the money? Yes. Can you get something else to store your bipod in? Yes. And if cost is the determining factor, then let me suggest a pair of white crew socks from the Dollar General, I'm pretty sure the Atlas will fit inside one and that should be around a dollar.

However it is interesting to see this thread as I was just talking to our vendor about our cost of these pouches that went up a couple of months ago to where we now make zero profit on them when selling to our dealers. And that is why I was talking to the pouch maker, B&T has not had a price increase in over 5 years, we have worked hard to work smarter to keep our pricing the same while remaining profitable. The easy answer is to go "off shore" where labor rates are 1.50 a day with zero insurance or benefit costs. But that's just picking the low hanging fruit, I still believe we can do it right here at home and do it right. So we'll keep selling these at the same rate while working with our vendor towards a better price. We won't just raise our rates or go "off shore"..

I suspect the consumer can care less about this fact but I'm inclined to share for educational purposes on our business philosophy. Our products are designed and made in America by Americans for the simple reason profit is not the primary motivation of our business.

Again, thank you for your considerations.

Thanks for info. You guys make a fantastic product. I've actually got a couple of your bipods. They are definitely superior to the other manufacturer that I used to use (who shall remain nameless). That being said, I just didn't have the need for the Atlas brand case at this point. I'm sure it is far superior to the mag pouch off my drag bag but as it turns out the pouch I've got is working great. As of now I don't have any accessories other than the bipods themselves. Once I acquire some feet and leg extensions then I'll probably pick up one of yours. Thanks again for the response. I love seeing companies stay in tune with their customers. Y'all have a great day!
