NAME: oneforall
MATCH: 100YB-TQ4
CLASS / SIGHTS: konuspro plus 6-24x50
CALIBER: .22LR
RIFLE: Russian Vostok CM-2
AMMO: Sk Lapua standard plus
Caldwell rock front, rear shoulder
Wind at 4 MPH R to L for the first 14 rounds, then 6mph change to L to R for the rest 11
Temp 85 F
one wind flag at 15 yard
SCORE: 248 - 13X ?

Went to the range this morning for the very first time in about 40 days or so. wind was light for the first part (the first 14 rounds) and I was in the zone. Then the range called cold for 15 minutes and wind changed direction as well as picked up some speed. I am not as good for the left to right wind direction and it shows. The last 11 rounds all shot with L to R wind direction from 10* or so; 2 of the 11 are outside the 10 ring and 5 of the 11 are in the group at 2* to 3* near the 10 ring line. On the upside, I was able to keep all 25 rounds in a 1.65x1.5 inch box. Considering the lack of practice lately, I am happy enough.
As the outside temp was 85F and the ammo was about 75F or so (in the house then in the car), I was deliberately aiming a little low on the target for the first 10 rounds or so (all grouped near the bottom of the x ring and to the right some). As the barrel warmed up and the ammo temp grew closer to the outside temp, I could see the impact points rise up some.

I had to try the 100 yd 25 shot target this past weekend. Not as good as oneforall's but not too bad...for what I had...
Name- 6mmRem
Rifle- 77/22 Ruger VLS
Ammo- 15 + year old Remington X-Mas can Thunderbolts
Class-Scope- Leupold VX-3 6.6x20x40 EFR
Harris bi-pod, shoulder
Temp- 80 F
Winds varible from left to right, max might have been about 8mph (from weather report)
No flags
Score 243- 4x

For some old crappy thunderbolts it would do the job in a pinch. I do have some better ammo but wanted to get rid of this old can. I was going to save it for the ammo collection but X decided to open the sealed can and making it worthless. I have another one as well to shoot up. She was mean !! Hence...X !!
It was still a good day at the range !!! No matter what, I always enjoy range time !!

I am very happy to have some company 6mmRem, i think the ammo let you down this time, but we sure had good time on the range with this game.

Thanx Oneforall...I think this month I will use some of my better ammo. Hopefully more will join in !! I'm going to use wind flags as well, I have some left over from when I was shooting BR. @2's are a blast to read the wind or attempt to.
