Recently had a hard to close bolt problem, and extraction problem... Thought it was because of my die set, but now thinking it could be extractor problem. When loading ammunition into the chamber it feels like the bolt gets stopped short. If I jam it, it will go in. But then I have to slap the bolt open to get it out(this is without firing). Today I noticed that the bottom of my brass is getting scraped up, which is what lead me to believe it was a extractor problem. Correct me if I'm wrong please or any input will be appreciated, Thanks

...sounds and looks like headspace is just too tight, it doesn't sound like an extractor issue...re-check headspace, you probably just need a few more thousandths. If you need more help shoot me a PM....

What did you do to confirm you do not have a die problem? Does the rifle do this with factory ammunition? My first guess would be not bumping the shoulder back far enough. Or perhaps, not trimming brass to the correct trim to length. I assume, however, that the rifle is not a new build and this is a new problem with a known rifle...

I had this problem with my 6.5x47 I built. I had no problem what so ever with new brass, but after a couple firings I had the same problem you describe. I would do a full length resize and still, it was tight closing the bolt. I called Forster and they said that my shell holder might be too thick. I said, screw that and I just took the bottom of the die over 200 grit sand paper for a couple of minutes. After doing that I would full length resize a piece of brass I knew was tight. The situation went away.

As I headspaced the rifle myself, I know I made it tight. I basically put the go-guage in the chamber and screwed it down until the barrel wouldn't screw in anymore (Savage). For what ever reason, my forster die and hornady shell holder didn't work together for my tight chamber. Its fixed now though.

Sometimes you can get crap behind the ejector which will cause these issues, especially with old lube and dust.
