I am now 17wks and still waiting on Form 3. This suppressor wait is BullShit.

I had form 3's clear to my dealer in like 3 weeks just recently. It really depends what examiner you have.

My dealer had them two days after they cleared the initial dealer that I ordered them from. That was also the time it took for TBAC to get them to him. So it made it 2 places before getting to me.

Has anyone tried the online forms? Apparently it places your form directly into pending status, this could cut out 2.5 months of wait time.

Go to eforms, register and create an account.

You can submit this yourself if you're using a trust or corp on a Form 1. Your SOT will have to do a Form 4, and again for trusts or corp.

Adam, You got lucky with that. Most form 3's are done within 2-3 days of purchase for stock stuff. I am getting form 3's form Late Apr. back now. This is crazy.

Hello everyone, I have been a long time lurker of the forum, all sections, decided to join a few months back and now start becoming active. There is a massive wealth of info to be had here. I want to first off thank everyone for all their inputs into all the various topics. Anyway now onto my thought. I am glad, well not glad, because it sucks for everyone, relieved would probably be the more correct word, that I am not the only one sitting on a ridiculous wait time for the Form 3. I am currently sitting at 26 weeks with the last update from my dealer of "Just got word, there is still no projected delivery date but it should get approved soon." That was 3 weeks ago. I knew it was a long process and am not all that concerned about it but it sucks going to the range and seeing the other cans there knowing that the real waiting period hasn't even started yet. Sorry for the long winded rant, I will step off my soap box now. But it is nice to see that I might not have simply fallen through the cracks after all.

My latest came through last week in exactly 30 days. Other states aren't as lucky as Kentucky. If these wait times keep up, the suppressors business will surely die.

Just got my Form 3 done in 8 weeks. Kevin from HCS transferred a OPS 12th Model to my dealer in KY. Now the real wait starts on the Form 4. Funny how they cash the $200 check right away.
