Problem at XLR Industries?

Does anybody know if there is a problem at XLR?
I have sent 4 emails to Kyle, using 2 different accounts over the last 3 weeks and have had no replies.
He normally answers in a couple of days?

Be patient and he will respond. Sometimes it took a few days, but he always got back to me. The man is a stand up guy and went above and beyond to help me with my chassis. You're going to be happy with your results.

That is quite unusual. I emailed back and forth with him last week, takes him a couple of days to reapond usually but he does get back to you eventually.

Kyle is the best. As Frank said maybe he is on a well deserved vacation.
