I always heard the Japanese prefer fish. I guess it's true!

Not an expert but aren't those Axis deer?
Not mandatorily...: seems that most (I would think ALL) of weapons are plainly prohibited,there_ Fishing tools are allowed __

Oh it is a hassle, and you have to hunt with a shotgun for like the first ten years of your hunting life in Japan, but I'm pretty sure there is deer hunting, with rifles, there. I was just making a joke.

Armorpl8chikn: I confess that just I haven't resisted to pun, playin' with the "Axis" word _My only mitigating circumstance could be that here we see some real Wildlife only if sculptured on bronze or marble : very lasting but quite tedious_(and I can't even hunt them w.hammers ,in my "neck of the...lagoons")__ Nothin' to do with your more than proper and, I suppose, knowledgeable post_ (Personally, I could fail to distinguish a real deer from a John Deere, by the way)

AHA! Yes I can be a bit thick at times...excellent pun! But it appears I could have been wrong about them being Axis. Nothing about Axis being abundant in Japan but the Sika are supposedly abundant, they appear to be extremely similar animals. Of interesting note in the Wiki article they are referred to as a prized and "elusive" quarry. Those in the video seem to be extremely elusive creatures
