IMR 8208 is my new favorite powder for .308! Great measuring and velocities.

In general, I've been seeing more Varget than 8208 available as of late....the Grendel guys swear by it and lots of people loading .223's with the 8208 also.

I've got tons of Varget but struggled to find 8208 until Cabelas had it. I use 8208 for 223. Great powder.
