Rifle Scopes Why do Winchester Brand Scope Rings Cost $130?

Was looking to see what rings came on a model 70 my cousin just got and they seem to be stock Winchester steel rings. The MSRP on their site is $130 for just the rings alone! Are these really good rings or just a jacked up price?

Look like rebranded Talleys to me. Same with their integrated bases = Talley. The listed prices are MSRP of course, so sealer prices might be lower. Or just get the same Talleys.
