I have a 16 upper 5.56...I have done many of these rifles before...this time I had a PRI lo pro gas block that was loose when the tube went in..I am used to "hammering" them in..this one just slipped in...now the rifle is together, and is shooting great with all kinds of ammo, underpowered and m193...it is ejecting perfect 3 to 4 oclock..should I leave it alone?(or get another gas block and tube tighter fit?) I have about 200 rnds through it and really was flawless...

I've never had to hammer 'em in and I've built many of these, worked on even more. They generally slip in, some snug, others not so snug or even loose.

As long as everything works well, forget about it.

Like Strykervet, I've built quite a few ARs, and have likewise never had to "hammer" one in. That part concerns me a whole lot more than would one that went together fine, functions properly and is showing no signs of misbehaving.

its was just loose going in....I did not know if after time it would erode like the bbl gas hole after time...but really it is no big deal...put another 200 rnds of real shit wolf through it..not a hickup....so I guess GTG
