A 90 day comment period has already begun on this issue.
I've seen a startling lateness in getting the information that this is even happening. No offense to you welsh. But it is troubling how easily this stuff slips by unnoticed. There is no concrete information on this yet but many have speculated that existing NFA items on trusts would be exempt but new items, even on existing trusts, would instantiate the need to fingerprint, passport photo and CLEO signoff every responsible member of the trust. Again, speculation only.
