I been searching online but I don't know what they are called. It's the tool that you use to measure your group size. Any recommendations will also be appreciated as well. Thanks!
 
I take pics of my targets with my phone and then use On Target program.

On Target Precision Calculator

at the range just a simple clear ruler for an estimate.


Calipers work great as long as you know where you want to measure from. Center to center, outer edge to outer edge and subtract. The program is simple, just measure a known object in the pic, then drop the circles over the bullet holes. You can read out in MOA or inches, and it will give you measurements based on range as well.
