Rifle Scopes RINGS, Leupold compared to NF?

So, getting ready to go old school(once I find one) Leupold 3.5-10x40 M3 MD and will need some rings. I usually go NF, but dang, they've gone through the roof! I've never used Leupold's rings, any issues with them ? We are looking at close to 60 difference. I also see they have aluminum or steel, any worries with either? This will go on a FN PBR-XP, and yes I will upgrade the stock one day.

The Griffin Rings are very nice.

The Leupold Alloy rings are nice I do not care for the steel rings a much. The NF rings to me have a nicer fit and finish.
