Snipers Hide Day 1 DVD or Online Training?

Do these both contain the same content? Looking to improve my fundamentals. Thanks

I shot these six five shot groups today with my Gap-10 .308 at 100 yards. Avg. was 1.1 inches for the six groups. I was gonna post in Elfsters thread, but realized that one of the groups has six rounds in it, so it doesn't qualify. I only have about 100 rounds through this rifle so far so we are just getting to know each other. I feel I can do much better and was hoping getting back to some fundamentals would help.
