Sanction Motion Against SEI and Counsel Filed in AZ District Court

Attached is my Motion for Sanction documents filed in AZ District Court against SEI and their counsel.

As many of you are aware, SEI filed a complaint against me in Arizona Federal Court for product disparagement under the Lanham Act. SEI and their attorney have twisted many facts and taken much out of context in their complaint, subsequent rebuttal to my motion for dismissal, and have gone to great lengths to defame my character. Currently, I have filed a motion for dismissal and the attached motion asking the court to sanction both SEI and their attorney, Donna Catalfio, under Rule 11 of civil procedure. Please read the sanction motion as it is very well written and easy to comprehend. I hope my filings will continue to shed light and expose the truth as to what exactly transpired.

I would like nothing more than to openly discuss these documents with you, but please understand the reasoning by which I am unable to do so at this time.
