I want a GAP-10 but.......

So in the last month I've spent a ton of cash on gun stuff. 5 supressors, a Manners stock, NF scope and I got a POF P308 I traded for a motorcycle. A bunch of other little stuff too. Needless to say my wife is beyond pissed. We are getting ready to buy a cabin that she has been drooling over....me too to be honest but it's cutting into my gun budget. She has put my balls and my wallet in a vise so I'm in the poor house. I want GAP to build a GAP-10 in .260 rem. According to the sticky the current lead time for a GAP-10 is 12 months. Do you guys know what they require for a deposit to start a build? I need to get the build going but my wife has put me on an allowance until we close on the cabin and do some improvments.

Not sure about the deposit, but I have a Gap 10 in .260. It's like cheating to shoot it. You'll love it once you get it, as I'm sure you know.
