Im 34 and I've been around guns my whole life, but precision shooting is a relatively new thing to me. I've decided to build my own personal rifle to start competing in some of tactical precision competitions and so I've come to the hide to learn and get guidance, as I'm sure a lot of you have forgot more about precision shooting then Ill ever learn. I stumbled across a good deal on a Rem 700 AAC SD so that is my starting platform. From the reading I've done I already know the stock needs to go so that will be one of my first upgrades. I'm currently saving up for my scope as I know quality glass is key.
