Gunsmithing Burnt Titanium

Could not decide whether I wanted to Cerakote my Seekins AR Burnt Bronze or Titanium so I decided to mix the two. This is 50-50. The pics don't do it justice. It's really like a metallic sand. If I did it over I would do 2/3rds bronze and 1/3rd titanium as the silver dominates. Overall I'm pleased.

It looks good. A friend and I just did his in straight titanium and I like it but but it's too light for me. I thought about mixing the two like you did and coating mine so its good to see yours. I agree that more burnt would probably look even better. My setup looks a lot like yours, Seekins upper, lower and rail. I have an SS 1-6 with a Docter on a Predator Tactical offset mount. Here is a pic of his.

That looks great! Last week I gave my parts to a local powder coater for a cerakote job in burnt bronze. My next one just might have be along the lines of that color!
