AZ is the same way. 16 bonus points for elk, 21 for antelope. It took 12 years to get drawn for a good deer hunt last year too. Heck, I didn't even draw a turkey tag this year! Fingers are crossed for the spring hunts.

My 11 year old daughter didn't draw anything for the last two years either.
