Gang, these two were 'discovered' in 2009 - 4 YEARS ago.


Stop and ask yourself why it is that are just now bringing this to light. Why is it they say there 'may be' several dozen that were allowed in, but give no more details? If it is just speculation - why not speculate on tangos per annum based on OTMs at the boarder?
