Rifle Scopes 30mm ar scope mount

i am looking for a scope mount with the following criteria
-30mm
-pic rail at 12 oclock
-quick detach
-must be quality no junk

Please explain the criteria -pic rail at 12 oclock.

Or are you saying your looking to mount an optic that requires two rings that mounts on top of the receiver? It would also be helpful to know which optic your mounting as some might need a lower or higher rings than standard AR mounts that average around 1.45" high or so.
