Glass for upcoming GAP10...

Ok, so I should be getting my GAP in month or so, after the tune my 30P. She'll be in 18 inch, all FDE, switch block of course. Any way, looking to glass it up. I'm a mag whore by nature, and was considering the Bushy Elite in 4.5x30. Any suggestions? Useable range will be 600 to a K if I get the chance. Thanks in advance.

Im going with a DMR on mine. I have a few of these on other rifles and like them a lot so Im sticking with what I know and like. Mine is going to be chambered in 6creed.

Why not toss an ATACR on there? Unless you're strictly a FFP guy, I doubt you'll find a better SFP optic.

The bushy would be a great one. Can't go wrong there. I'd also consider the Lupy 3-18, NF F1, Schmidt 3-20 and the forthcoming Schmidt Ultra Short. I have a 3-20 on a GAP bolt gun and love the H2CMR reticle. Either way, congrats on a killer new stick!

I put a bushnell xrs on mine to hold me over until the beast was available. The bushnell is so nice I'm going to stick with it, I am really impressed with it and the rifle.

Leupy MK6 with the cmr7.62 or tmr reticle, you'll save a lot of weight compared to the Bushy.

I have the DMR currently and for the price you cant beat it, buddy is running the ERS and the 10mil revs and the zero stops are nice if the price is right I would upgrade for those, the G2 recital is nice its not to busy yet has enough details to calculate range and get to the job done, unless you want to spend another grand you cant beat what the bushy offers IMO..

But I keep browsing the used optics hoping to get a US Optics SR-17 or NF F1 on the cheap.

I have a Leupold Mark 6 3-18x44 TMR on my GAP 10. It is great glass, FFP, small and light. Highly recommend it. With the TMR reticle, the Mark 6 is ~ $400 cheaper than with other reticles.

Got a bushy in FDE. Brand new in box for 1500. Seems damn solid with the G2.

Late Jan order here. I'm going to put my new gap (when it arrives) up against my OBR. Fire them both with Fed match 175's and the winner gets a Nightforce 3.5-15X NSX. The loser gets a Viper PST 2.5-10X.
