Hunting & Fishing Best place to pig hunt in Texas ??

Define "arm and leg..." Most land owners have figured out that- much like in Cali- their environmental disaster is an economic windfall. And, like Cali, find crop land and you will find pigs. However, unlike Cali, most (>90%) of texas is privately owned. By the time you get out here and pay seone to hunt you will be in it for as much as a local hunt. Good luck and let us know how you do.

A lot of the pricing depends on the level of service the outfitter/guide offers as well. You can find a place that is self guided for about about 350ish, or full service for upwards of $700. Look hard enough and you can find a combination of cost and service that suits your needs.

Pm me. Depending on how many people i could help you with a pig hunt. Greatest success would be at night with NV though. Have three properties and all are loaded with pigs at some point during the day/night. Hunt would be in the texas panhandle.

I hunt hogs year round and LOVE going after them..
As others have mentioned we are all almost private land and unless youare lucky and were born into land ownership most of us pony up and get ona hunting lease which are in high demand. We pay 10k a year to be on on a good place with year round hunting access.

Pigs are hit and miss on finding them
I highly recommend these guys
Nighthogs.com
They are super guys and work hard to get you on hogs
I hunted with them
Bascially between Austin and San Antonio so flights are easy
We hunt in the same general area as them on a private lease just south of Seguin.
If timing worked out I could possibly help take you out hunting at our place as well.
