Hey all, hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.
I bought Leupold mk6 3-18 new in November, the scope has been mounted but I have yet to take it out to the range.
When I look through the scope everything seems to be distorted slightly and I see an offset or ghost image. Maybe the glass is slightly misaligned?
I've attached a few pictures I took with my cellphone to try an capture what I'm talking about. This was the best I could do with my cell. They were taken at 18x.
I just want to have a better idea of what is going on and how I should approach the leupold rep.
Thanks for any help and happy holidays.

edit: I have gone through the manual step by step, focused the reticle and adjusted the parallax, and still cant get a clear image.

Thanks for the reply bschneiderheinze. At first I thought it was just a focus issue but i've gone back and forth on the focus ring and parallax, nothing seems to help.

Were you looking through a window (like maybe through a double pane window at a skewed angle)?

If so, open the window, or take it outside and see if that clears things up.
