Can a Terrapin range finder be cable connected to a trimble PDA?

Is this unit still the best bang for the buck in LRF that range >1600 yards?

Does the Terrapin read in line of sight range and angle compensated range?

Thanks!

No it cannot connect.

Yes this is still the best range finder for the money.

It only reads line of sight. You must compute angle compensation your self.

And the reason for the lack of data connection is to differentiate it from the more expensive PLRF models. You get a mil-grade rangefinder but with slightly less magnification and no data connection, for significantly less than the other models.
