22 LR Bolt Cutting a groove????

Hello Everyone,
With a Tactical Solo rifle, the bolt is cutting a groove into the bullet. It does this about every 3rd or 4th round. It seems to be where the bolt rides on top of the bullet, underneath the inside of the mag. What is an option to stop this. I have shot Eley and Winchester in the rife and it does it with both.

.....round off the bottom edge of the bolt face as indicated in the article.

Yes but way deeper into the lead. I did the same thing as the article.

Are you saying you already did the mod as in the article, but it continues to be a problem?
