Happy New Year!

Registration for our 2 Day Initial/Intermediate Precision Rifle course is open.

Full information, concepts of instruction and online sign-up can be found on our website under the "Open Courses" page.

Open Courses | BLACK HAT TRAINING CORPS

We are limiting class size to ~20 shooters, and there is no cost increase. The $350 fee is the same as last year.

Impact Data Books set up expressly for the course and MILDOT MASTER's are available as well, and the use of both is covered in the course.

Bunkhouse lodging in the clubhouse (heated, with bathrooms) is available on site for $10/night.

The club also offers home cooked breakfast and lunch for both days for $30. Highly recommended. It's nice to not have to worry about what you are eating when you are traveling.

Any questions, email or PM!

I'm 100% in.

Do most people stay in the bunkhouse or off site/hotel? I don't need much, just enough to keep me learning and shooting for the next day.

Thank you guys,

We have about five spots left as of 1/9/14. It looks like I will be closing the roster soon, and sending out the equipment list and the pre-course assignment materials.

The winter has left us to conduct lots of target repairs and to update and re-organize using lessons learned and post-course survey input from our students. The course really has never been exactly the same twice because we keep implementing the suggestions we get.

I see quite a few coming back again to take the course as an intermediate level shooter. Always happy to see that, and you will be glad that you came back.

There are three spots left at this time. 2147 EST, 1/13.

Emails with gear req's, pre-course assignments and initial instructions are going out this week. If you have registered already, you are G2G.

The interactive pre-course materials are being updated and expanded. We want to make the most out of the 2.5 days we've got.

I just wanted to let everyone know that there is now a sign designating the range on the opposite side of the road from the range. It should make it easier for everyone to find. Im guessing most will be coming in from the highway so it'll be on your left hand side of the road across from the church.

Im looking forward to meeting everyone this weekend. I hope everyone enjoys wind 13 MPH predicted for Friday and 15 MPH for Sat. Wet Weather gear for Friday would be advised too. If anyone is coming in a car and doesnt want to drive it down the dirt lane Let me know and you can either park at my house or Im not sure if parking at the church at the top of the road is allowed.
