Gunsmithing Winchester Bottom Metal Question

I have a Mod 70 long action with blind mag. Will my current mag box, spring and follower work with a replacement one piece bottom metal?

...possibly, but regardless, it's a very minimal investment to buy a new follower/spring/box...

You will need a new mag box, but that's it. I have done this to a couple of post 64 push feeds
