I don't want a NF unimount. I had one and it did it's job I just had a weird dislike maybe all aesthetics, anyhow, I need a mount for my NXS 2.5-10. I don't want to use a riser. I was thinking adm or Larue, but I don't need a qd mount. Anybody have any suggestions? I want high quality, tough, and no zero holding issues. I hate junk. Give me your opinions as I usually use Nightforce rings but want to try another one piece for my freshly finished AR.

GG@G has a nice one ,works great at a decent price , I think they are still having a sale . Bobro makes some of the best , easy on and off and great to deal with .

I'm in the same market but I have a question, what makes Sphur so much better than ADM or Badger or the other $200-$250-$275 or so mounts? I have no problem spending the money if there is a justifiable reason, I.e. S&B compared to a Leupold. Thanks.

I ended up with a Spuhr mount as part of a package deal. It's clearly a really nice piece of machining work, and makes brick shithouses seem flimsy by comparison. But I don't think it does anything that a Badger, NF, or AI one-piece mount doesn't do (well, OK, there is the built-in level, but I never use it).

Near manufacturing out of Alberta Canada. Very high quality, excellent guy to deal with. Fast shipping as well.

I have a one piece he calls the alphamount, can get it with one or two rings up front.. whichever you prefer, usually pertaining to calibre and recoil* He makes them for picatinny as well as direct mount without a rail (say for rem700 as example) I've got one of those as well, it's top shelf stuff. Search up "Near Manufacturing" see what you see.
