If you are that worried, have a smith check it if you cannot do it yourself. I've got experience with three of them now as I put a can on one as have my two shooting buddies. They have all checked out fine and we've run many rounds through them suppressed with no issues. I've also seen several others out at demo shoots my SOT hosts and never seen anyone else have issues either.
Yes, my experience represents a small sample size, the point is while overall Remington finish work leaves something to be desired, most of their parts tend to be relatively in spec.
To the OP, you should have no issues with the SPECWAR and your AAC-SD. The only issue I foresee you having is an increase in ammo costs because it will be that much more fun to shoot.
