Ive got two pair of supreme pro x's , they both ended up not turning on. I thought it was the batteries, but even after replacement its a no go. Anywhere local that does repairs etc. They are give or take 2 years old.

MSA customer service number for Sordin Muffs: tel:1-800-672-2222

If you are in the US, and you have muffs purchased from someplace other than an MSA authorized dealer, you may have service issues. There are unauthorized dealers that are distributing MSA/Sordin muffs in the US. They are bringing the muffs in from Europe and switching out some of the electronics. MSA North America will not service these units and they will have to be returned to the point of purchase. Buyer be ware.

Yeh, I purchased a pair of MSA Sordin's for an awesome price from Botach Tactical. When they arrived they did not have anywhere containing the word MSA or Sordin. The internal electronics looked strange. So I returned them and purchase real ones from a vendor. I am glad I did.

The Original Poster, I hope you purchased them from an authorized dealer. Let us know how it all plays out.
